NOTICE: The amount once paid is strictly non-refundable under any condition. All custom digital blueprint purchases are final upon successful payment processing.

Strict Non-Refundable Terms

Because Nakshatra reports are personalized, instantly generated digital products computed specifically from your natal birth chart, the amount once paid is non-refundable in any condition. By completing payment, you agree that your purchase is final and non-cancellable.

No Refunds For:

  • Change of mind or accidental purchases after payment.
  • Disagreement with astrological interpretations or guidance.
  • Inaccurate or incomplete birth details entered by the user.
  • Expectations of guaranteed financial, business, or personal outcomes.

Digital Delivery & Technical Support

Reports are automatically generated and sent to the email address provided during checkout within 60 seconds of payment. If you experience a technical email delivery failure, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team at support@nakshatra.co with your payment transaction ID. We will promptly resend your generated report PDF.

Birth-Detail Corrections

Please verify your date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth carefully before submitting your order. If you realize you entered incorrect information immediately after payment, contact support right away. While we will make reasonable efforts to update your record before generation, once a custom report has been generated, recalculation requires a new order.
